高铬型钒钛磁铁精矿矿物与高温特性对烧结性能及生产的影响试验

摘要 中国攀西地区的红格矿区分布有丰富的含铬钒钛磁铁矿,选矿后精矿与现有攀枝花钒钛铁精矿比较,矿物特征主要区别是含有比较高的Cr_(2)O_(3),其它成分TFe、V_(2)O_(5)、TiO_(2)差别不大,属于难烧结高铬高钛型钒钛磁铁精矿。由于Cr_(2)O_(3)的存在,其原料矿物特性、烧结特性、烧结矿矿物组成与结构及冶金性能与现有的钒钛烧结矿应具有较大的差异。实验室试验表明当红格矿替代攀枝花精矿的比例平均为60%时,性能指标采用相对变化率(非绝对变化量)表征,结果转鼓指数下降1.95%,成品率下降1.28%,利用系数下降1.49%,这种变化率的影响在工业生产中其实是不大的或可忽略的。工业试验表明采用20%~100%比例的红格精矿替代现有的攀枝花精矿,主要烧结性能指标与技术经济指标有一定变差,但幅度不大,不影响正常的烧结过程或生产进行,未出现异常劣化或恶化的状况,红格精矿可大规模用于生产。一切有利于攀枝花钒钛磁铁精矿强化制粒与烧结的措施均适合于红格高铬型精矿。 There is a rich distribution of chromium-bearing vanadium-titanium magnetite in the Hongge mining area of Panzhihua-Xichang region in China,the comparison of the concentrates obtained after beneficiation of the magnetite and the existing Panzhihua vanadium-titanium iron ore concentrates show the main difference in mineral characteristics of the concentrate is the presence of 0.3%to 1.1%Cr_(2)O_(3)and difference in other components such as TFe,V_(2)O_(5) and TiO_(2)is not significant.The concentrate belongs to the high chromium high titanium type vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate that is hard to be sintered.Due to the presence of Cr_(2)O_(3),its raw material mineral characteristics,sintering characteristics,sinter mineral composition and structure and metallurgical properties are significantly different from those of the existing vanadium and titanium sintered ore.Laboratory tests show that when 60%of Panzhihua concentrate is replaced by Hongge iron ore concentrate on average and the performance index is characterized by relative rate of change(not absolute amount of change),the results show a 1.95%decrease in tumbler index,1.28%decrease in yield and 1.49%decrease in utilization factor.The effect of this rate of change is actually insignificant or negligible in industrial production.Industrial tests show that when 20%to 100%of the existing Panzhihua concentrates are replaced by the Hongge concentrates,there are some but not large variations in the main sintering performance indicators and technical and economic indicators,which does not affect the normal sintering process or production and there is no abnormal worsened or deteriorated situation.They show that Hongge concentrate can be fully used for large-scale production and all measures that are conducive to the enhanced granulation and sintering of Panzhihua vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate are suitable for Hongge high chrome type concentrates.
