逆流式活性炭烟气净化技术在首钢球团的应用实践

摘要 首钢球团生产线原设计无烟气脱硫、脱硝装置,随着国家环保形势的日益严峻,对球团200万t/a球团生产线进行超低排放改造,首次采用逆流式活性炭脱硫脱硝工艺对烟气进行净化处理并实现达标排放。2021年在原脱硫脱硝设备设施的基础上,经过热工操作制度的优化、链箅机烟气净化装置的联合投入、低氮燃烧技术应用,达到了10、35、50 mg/m^(3)以下,实现了国家超低排放标准。 2MPTA pellet production line of Beijing Shougang Co.,Ltd was originally designed without flue gas desulfurization and denitrification devices,with the increasingly severe national environmental protection situation,ultra-low emission transformation is carried out for the pellet production line.The counter-flow activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification process is used for the first time to purify the flue gas and achieve the up-to-standard emission.In 2021,based on the original desulfurization and denitrification equipment and facilities,through the optimization of the thermal operation system,the input of grate machine flue gas purification device,and the application of low-NOx combustion technology,the pellet production line met the ultra-low emission standards of 10 mg/m^(3)of particulate matter,35 mg/m^(3)of SOx and 50 mg/m^(3)of NOx.
