中国对俄运输服务贸易的优势、挑战及发展策略——以俄速通为例

On Advantages,Challenges and Development Strategies for China’s Trade in Transport Services with Russia——Taking Ruston Express for an Example

在国际贸易严重受挫背景下,中俄贸易发展态势良好,中国对俄运输服务需求旺盛。俄速通作为具有代表性的对俄运输服务商,在该领域具有政策、技术、服务等竞争优势,同时,也面临着边境口岸运输线路前后方运能严重不匹配,境外物流的可控性低,俄海关效率不高,企业间信息共享化程度低,以及对俄运输服务行业缺乏统一的平台协调等挑战。宏观方面需通过推进中俄物流基建合作,加强经济外交,解决软硬件的互联互通瓶颈问题;微观方面需本土化发展,提高境外物流可控性。统一平台,差异化服务,避免同质化竞争,拓展中国对俄运输服务发展新方向。

Despite the context of serious setbacks in international trade,China keeps good development trend in trade to Russia with strong demand for Russian transportation services.As a representative transport service provider to Russia,Ruston Express has competitive advantages in policy,technology and service,while faces great challenges such as serious mismatch between the front and rear transportation routes at border ports,low controllability of overseas logistics,low effi ciency of Russian customs,low degree of information sharing between enterprises,and lack of unifi ed platform coordination for the Russian transportation service industry.Based on the above analysis,the strategies are suggested to take:from the macro aspect,promoting China-Russia logistics infrastructure cooperation,strengthening economic diplomacy,and solving the bottleneck problem of software and hardware interconnection;from the micro aspect,taking localization development,improving the controllability of overseas logistics,unifying the platform,diff erentiate services,avoiding homogeneous competition,and expanding the new direction of China’s transportation service development with Russia.
