模拟法庭在高职院校思政课法治教育中的应用研究

Application of Moot Court in legal Education of Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Institutes

目前传统法治教育模式存在重理论、轻实践、教学方法单一等弊端,需要转变教学模式,以学生为本位、提高学生参与度。通过模拟法庭教学模式融入高职院校思政课教学,以法治实践的模式提升思政课法治教育实效,培养学生法律知识运用能力,使学生自觉践行和维护法律权威。

At present,the traditional legal education mode has disadvantages such as emphasizing theory,neglecting practice and teaching method of single.It is necessary to change the teaching mode,put students first and improve their participation.By integrating the model of moot court into the teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges,we can improve the effectiveness of legal education in ideological and political courses with the mode of legal practice,cultivate students'ability to master legal knowledge and use it,and make students consciously practice and maintain the authority of law.
