摘要 通过建设高质量的审稿专家库,促进科技期刊高质量发展。文章结合实际工作经验,总结建设审稿专家库的方法,包括编委和审稿专家推荐、作者推荐、专家自荐,以及从参考文献的作者、高被引论文作者、学术会议或专题讲座的专家、优秀论文的作者团队中筛选等;维护审稿专家库的措施:通过及时更新信息,合理评价专家审稿质量,建立审稿专家“休假”与“销假”制度等。并进一步提出优化审稿专家库的建议:根据审稿方向缺口有针对性地补充审稿专家,重视与审稿专家的沟通,建立有吸引力的晋升机制,关注有潜力的科研人员并适时发展其为审稿专家等。 The construction of high-quality reviewer databases will promote the high-quality development of scitech journals.Based on practical work experience,the paper summarizes several ways to construct the reviewer databases,including recommendation by editorial members,reviewers and authors,self-recommendation by experts,and selection from the authors of references,highly cited papers and excellent groups,as well as experts of academic conferences and special lectures.Measures to maintain the reviewer databases are as follows:updating reviewer information in time,evaluating reviewers' review qualities reasonably and establishing the system of "leave" and "leave cancellation" for reviewers.Suggestions for optimization of the reviewer databases are further put forward,such as supplementing reviewers in a targeted manner according to the research direction gap,emphasizing communication with reviewers,establishing attractive promotion mechanisms,and paying attention to potential researchers and developing them as reviewers in a timely manner.
