以市场需求为导向的滑雪产业人才培养模式构建

Construction of Skiing Industry Talent Training Model Oriented by Market Demand

在北京冬奥会的促进与影响下,我国冰雪运动得到快速发展,滑雪产业更成为其中进步的典范,但当前相关人才在数量和质量上都存在短板,阻碍了我国滑雪产业的进一步发展。通过问卷调查法,对当前我国滑雪产业人才的相关情况进行研究,发现重理论、轻实践的传统培养模式已不能适应当前滑雪产业高速发展的现状,滑雪产业人才的培养目标与用人单位的实际需求存在一定偏差。对此提出明确人才的培养目标、丰富人才的培养模式、构建互通的课程体系、充实滑雪产业教材库、支持学生考取职业资格证书、完善教学监控评价机制、畅通人才岗位实训渠道等措施,以此构建滑雪产业人才培养的有效模式。通过以市场需求为导向,培养复合型滑雪产业人才,由此助力我国滑雪产业实现飞跃式发展。

Under the promotion and influence of the Beijing Winter Olympics,China's ice and snow sports have been developed rapidly,and the skiing industry has made great progress and become a model of progress.However,there are currently shortcomings in the quantity and quality of relevant talents,which hinders the further development of China's skiing industry.The current situation of China's skiing industry talents is studied by the method of questionnaire,it is found that the traditional training mode of emphasizing theory and paying less attention to practice can no longer adapt to the current high-speed development of the skiing industry,and there is a certain deviation between the training goal of skiing industry talents and the actual needs of employers.Aiming to above situations,measures such as clarifying talent training objectives,enriching talent training models,constructing an interoperable curriculum system,enriching the library of teaching materials for ski industry,supporting students to obtain professional qualification certificates,improving teaching monitoring and evaluation mechanisms,and opening up the channels for practical training of talents are proposed to construct an effective model for skiing industry talent training.By taking the market demand as the orientation,cultivating compound skiing industry talents,thus helping China's skiing industry to achieve leap-forward development.
