摘要
文章总结了目前国内外铁路信号系统中所采用的全电子执行模块的使用情况,在大量应用单套设计的情况下,分析了冗余性设计的必要性和难点,从而提出了软切换、硬切换以及N+1切换的不同设计思路,采用结构化和流程图方法分别对3种切换方案进行了阐述,同时给出了设计过程中应考虑的关键要素以及需要规避的一些问题,随后采用列表的方式对不同方案的特点、适用范围进行了对比。最后通过归纳总结,得出了全电子执行模块冗余切换设计不应单一地采用某一种方案,而是要针对不同类型轨旁设备所需要关注的重点方向与受影响情况以及容忍程度,采用最适合的切换方案的组合应用建议。
This paper summarizes the current use of all-electronic execution modules used in railway signal systems at home and abroad,analyzes the necessity and difficulties of redundancy design in the case of the heavy use of single set designs,and then puts forward different design ideas of software switchover,hardware switchover and N+1 switchover.These three switching schemes are expounded respectively by using the methods of structurization and flow charts,the key elements that should be considered in the design process and some problems that need to be avoided are also given,and then the characteristics and scope of application of different schemes are compared by the tabular mode.Finally,through summary,it is concluded that the redundancy switching design of all-electronic execution modules should not adopt a single scheme,but should adopt the combination of the most suitable switching schemes according to the key direction,affected situation and tolerance level that different types of trackside equipment need to pay attention to.
