摘要
2022年3月,国内新冠肺炎疫情多点式突发,打乱了各高校正常的教学和科研计划,高校图书馆的读者服务工作也随之发生了变化,疫情常态化环境下图书馆的读者服务模式发生了变革和创新。该文以调研的高职院校图书馆为研究对象,通过研究新冠肺炎疫情下读者服务状况,发现疫情期间高职院校图书馆读者服务具有服务内容丰富、服务形式多样等特点,同时提出高职院校图书馆读者服务工作的措施及创新举措。
In March,2022,the COVID-19 pandemic broke out in a multi-point manner in China,which disrupted the normal teaching and scientific research plans of colleges and universities,the reader service work of university libraries has also changed,and the reader service mode of libraries has changed and innovated under the normal epidemic environment.This paper takes researched higher vocational college libraries as research objects,finds that the reader services of higher vocational college libraries during the epidemic had the characteristics of rich service content and diverse service forms,and puts forward measures and innovative measures for the reader services of higher vocational college libraries.
