浅谈报纸印刷废气VOCs收集处理系统的设计建设

Design and Construction of a VOCs Collection and Treatment System for Newspaper Printing Waste Gas

为防治污染,促进印刷企业绿色可持续发展,自2023年1月1日起,国家正式颁布并实施《印刷工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB 41616-2022),按照该标准要求,报纸印刷企业必须要建设印刷废气VOCs收集处理系统,对废气环保处理、达标排放。笔者以设计建设本厂的印刷废气VOCs收集处理系统时所学所思和实践经验总结,谈谈报纸印刷企业应如何设计建设适用的废气VOCs收集处理系统,与报业印刷同行做一个探讨和交流。

In order to prevent and control pollution and promote the green and sustainable development of printing enterprises,starting from January 1,2023,the country has officially issued and implemented the“Emission Standards for Air Pollutants in the Printing Industry”(GB 41616-2022).According to the requirements of this standard,newspaper printing enterprises must build a collection and treatment system for printing waste gas VOCs,to achieve environmental protection and emission standards.The author summarizes the ideas and practical experience learned during the design and construction of the VOCs collection and treatment system for printing waste gas in our factory,and discusses how newspaper printing enterprises should design and build suitable VOCs collection and treatment systems for waste gas.We will discuss and exchange ideas with colleagues in the newspaper printing industry.
