摘要
注浆技术的合理应用能够有效促进公路桥梁隧道围岩结构防水性能和稳定性的提升,确保施工安全,提高公路桥梁隧道的耐久性和稳固性。本研究以某路段工程为例,对注浆技术的工艺技术在隧道二衬支护中的具体应用进行了探讨,分析了现场试验分析计算、初期支护检查、防水层施工、钢筋安装、二衬台车安装、混凝土浇筑等各施工环节具体开展过程和相关重点,同时提出了相关质量控制措施,以供参考。
The reasonable application of grouting technology can effectively promote the waterproof performance and stability of the surrounding rock structure of highway bridge and tunnel,ensure the construction safety,and improve the durability and stability of highway bridge and tunnel.Based on a road project as an example,the technology of grouting technology in tunnel supporting the application of second lining are discussed in this research,analyzed the primary support field test analysis and calculation,check,waterproof construction,steel bar,two lining trolley installation,concrete pouring and so on various construction links specific to carry out the process and related key,related quality control measures are put forward at the same time,for your reference.
