摘要
本文针对无缝线路换铺法卸轨施工单元轨节位置偏移的问题,分析了单元轨节偏移的原因、影响以及处理方式,建立了单元轨节位置偏移技术控制模型,为了提高模型精度,考虑换轨方式、轨温偏差等因素对模型进行修正。从模型实际应用的结果上来看,模型提高单元轨节卸轨位置准确率,降低了施工成本和施工难度,对施工现场具有重要的指导意义。
This article analyzes the causes,effects,and treatment methods of unit rail joint displacement in the unloading construction of seamless track replacement method,and establishes a control model for unit rail joint displacement technology.In order to improve the accuracy of the model,factors such as rail replacement method and rail temperature deviation are considered to modify the model.From the actual application results of the model,it can be seen that the model has improved the accuracy of the unloading position of the unit rail joint,reduced construction costs and difficulties,and has important guiding significance for the construction site.
