摘要
为避免核电循环水处理系统加药中断问题,可通过增加加药装置,实现外购的高浓度次氯酸钠加药,增加一套PLC控制系统,通过网络交换机和原控制柜内的网络交换机连接,实现与原主控系统进行实时数据交换,既能保留了原有系统的功能,又能实现新增系统的各种过程控制及联锁保护,提高了电站运行的可靠性和稳定性。
In order to avoid the interruption of dosing in the nuclear power circulating water treatment system,the purchased high-concentration sodium hypochlorite dosing can be realized by adding a dosing device,and a PLC control system is added,which is connected to the network switch in the original control cabinet through a network switch,and realize real-time data exchange with the original main control system,which not only retains the functions of the original system,but also realizes various process control and interlock protection of the newly added system.As a result,the reliability and stability of the operation of the power plant is improved.
