摘要
本文介绍了某堆型的ANT-12A型新燃料运输容器的关键制造工艺过程。对主要部件的成型,采用数控编程实现精确下料,并采用专用工装压制成形,并预留回弹裕量;奥氏体不锈钢薄板焊接时,采用专用的组焊工装,并采用合理的装配顺序和焊接工艺参数;对上下法兰的加工,通过合理的装夹方式,并采用小进刀量和小的进给速度,避免发生振动、让刀及整体变形。设备制造过程中及完成后,应进行相应的无损检验和功能性试验,并满足相关标准和技术规范的要求。
This paper introduces the key manufacturing process of the ANT-12A new fuel transport container for a certain type of reactor.For the molding of major components,CNC programming is used to realize accurate blanking,and special tooling is used to press and form,and reserve spring back margin;the austenitic stainless steel plate is welded with special assembly tools and reasonable assembly sequence and welding process parameters.For the processing of the upper and lower flanges,through a reasonable clamping way,and the use of small feed and small feed speed,to avoid vibration,and let the knife and the wholel deform.During the manufacturing process and after the completion of the equipment,the corresponding nondestructive examination and functional testing should be carried out,and the requirements of relevant standards and technical specifications should be met.
