摘要
综合能源系统采用多能源协同供应理念,打破能源网络之间相互独立的格局,促进能源利用水平的进一步提升。然而,传统的综合能源经济优化调度模型未充分考虑用户的用能满意度,难以充分发挥需求侧用户的响应能力,故如何构建客观合理的能源调度模型成为目前亟需解决的问题。在需求响应的基础上,引入用户用能满意度指标和储能调节系数对负荷转移量和储能装置的充放功率时刻进行约束,同时在目标函数中考虑全面的环境成本,构建考虑用户满意度和需求响应的综合能源经济优化调度模型。仿真结果表明:所构建的模型在提升新能源消纳率和降低综合运行成本方面均取得了明显的成效。
The comprehensive energy system adopts the concept of a multi-energy collaborative supply,breaking the independent pattern between energy networks and promoting further improvement of energy utilization efficiency.However,the traditional comprehensive energy economic optimization scheduling model does not fully consider the users' satisfaction,which makes it challenging to tap into the response capabilities of demand-side users.Therefore,building an objective and reasonable energy scheduling model has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved.Based on demand response,the paper introduces the user energy satisfaction index and energy storage regulation coefficient to constrain the load transfer and the charging and discharging power interval of the energy storage device.Meanwhile,the overall environmental cost is considered in the objective function to construct a comprehensive energy economic optimization scheduling model considering user satisfaction and demand response.The simulation results show that the constructed model has significantly improved the new energy consumption rate and reduced overall operating costs.
