Selection and Application of Flue Gas Desulfurization and Denitration Processes for Hot Blast Stove of Blast Furnace

摘要 目前,钠基干法脱硫(SDS)是钢铁厂常用的脱硫工艺,选择性催化还原(SCR)是其常用的脱硝工艺。本文通过分析高炉热风炉烟气的特点,对比不同烟气脱硫脱硝工艺路线的运行条件,结合项目实际情况,选择中高温SCR+SDS+布袋除尘的工艺路线,实现烟气超低排放。 At present,sodium based dry sorbent injection(SDS) is a commonly used desulfurization process in steel plants,and selective catalytic reduction(SCR) is their commonly used denitrification process.By analyzing the characteristics of flue gas from hot blast stove of blast furnace,this paper compares the operating conditions of different flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process routes,selects the process route of medium to high temperature SCR+SDS+bag dust removal based on the actual situation of the project,so as to achieve ultra-low flue gas emissions.
