摘要
从技术出版物的验证环节入手分析制造商的非正常程序验证体系影响因素,围绕完整性、正确性、可操作性和一致性4个1级指标,构建验证指标非正常程序验证指标评价体系。引入总指数的概念,建立组合评价模型,对4个不同制造商的非正常程序的验证指标进行了实证研究与分析。运用灰色关联法减少专家赋权的主观随意性,明确专家组的能力与验证指标的关联度。在多位专家的几何平均主观权重基础上采用层次分析法,并使用熵权法来客观修正组合权重。使用模糊综合评价来确定非正常程序验证体系的动态满意度。结果表明,提出的方法能为构建验证指标体系提供一种新的思路和方向。
This paper starts from the verification link of technical publications to analyze the influencing factors of manufacturers′abnormal procedure verification system,and constructs the evaluation system of verification indicators for abnormal procedure verification indicators around four first level indicators:integrity,correctness,operability and consistency.This paper introduces the concept of total index,establishes a portfolio evaluation model,and conducts empirical research and analysis on the verification indicators of abnormal procedures of four different manufacturers.First of all,the grey correlation method is used to reduce the subjective randomness of expert empowerment,and the correlation between the ability of the expert group and the verification index is clarified.Secondly,based on the geometric average subjective weight of many experts,the analytic hierarchy process is adopted,and the entropy weight method is used to objectively modify the combined weight.Finally,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to determine the dynamic satisfaction of the abnormal program verification system.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can provide a new idea and direction for building the verification index system.
