摘要
民用航空电子设备的电源设计,目前一般通过RTCA DO-160G的相关标准和试验方法进行试验验证。根据DO-160G的电源输入、电压尖峰等试验对电源防护需求分析,提出民用航空机载电源防护设计的要点,包括电源尖峰浪涌防护,电压脉动抑制,储能保持等设计。通过某民用航空机载电源的设计实例,进一步说明了设计要点的实现途径,验证结果表明设计能够满足DO-160G的电源输入Z类直流供电设备和电压尖峰A类设备试验标准,可以作为相关类型设备的电源设计参考。
The power supply design of civil avionics equipment is generally verified by the relevant standards and test methods of RTCA DO-160G.By reviewing the power supply protection requirements of DO-160G′s power input and voltage peak tests,this paper proposes the main points of civil aviation airborne power supply protection design,including voltage spike and voltage surge protection,voltage pulsation suppression,energy storage retention design.Through a civil aviation airborne power supply design example,the realization of the design points is further explained.The verification results show that the design can meet the test standards of power input Category Z equipment and voltage spike Category A equipment in DO-160G,which can be used as a reference for power supply design of related equipment.
