摘要
机场跑道运行配置受到跑道系统布局、天气、交通需求等多因素耦合影响,使其具有高复杂度,而当前依赖管制员主观经验的跑道配置决策难以释放当前跑道系统可用时空资源的服务潜能。在此背景下,开展跑道运行配置决策技术研究能够为机场跑道动态运营和跑道时空资源分配等提供参考。梳理了机场跑道配置决策的一般流程,重点阐述了跑道配置决策的各类影响因素作用机制以及前人对其的研究情况。同时将现有研究方法划分为基于运行规则的方法和数据描述性方法,并介绍了每种方法的优缺点,最终对机场跑道配置决策未来需要重点研究的方向做出了展望。
The runway configuration of airport is affected by the coupling of multiple factors such as runway system layout,weather,and traffic demand,which makes this problem highly complex.The current runway configuration decision which rely on the subjective experience of controllers is difficult to release the service potential of the available spatiotemporal resources of the runway system.In this context,the research on runway configuration selecting technology can provide reference for the dynamic operation and spatial-temporal resource allocation of airport runway.This paper summarizes the general process of airport runway configuration decision-making,focuses on the mechanism of various influencing factors and the research situation of predecessors.At the same time,the existing research methods are divided into prescriptive models and data descriptive models,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are introduced.Finally,the direction of key research needs to be studied in the future of airport runway configuration decision-making is prospected.
