摘要
考虑到饲料产品易受污染,对仓储的要求较高的特点,饲料企业利润的提高在于提高饲料仓库信息化管理,道过对饲料产品仓储进行精确的管理及环境监控,降低饲料产品的仓储损耗。针对这种情况,利用Web技术构建一种将饲料成品管理系统、设备调度系统、仿真系统和仓库设各系统集成一体的仓储信息系统的总体架构,通过管理信息系统和调度系统的交互,监控饲料企业仓储系统的运行情况,从而降低损耗,提高饲料企业的仓储管理水平。
Considering that feed products are prone to corruption,deterioration and pollution,and have high requirements for storage,the improvement of feed enterprises'profits can reduce the storage loss of feed products by improving the information management of feed warehouses through accurate management of feed product storage and environmental monitoring.In view of this situation,a storage information system architecture integrating the feed finished product management system,equipment scheduling system,simulation system and warehouse equipment system is constructed by using Web technology.Through the interaction between the management information system and the scheduling system,the operation of the storage system of the feed enterprise is timely analyzed and monitored to reduce the loss and improve the storage management level of the feed enterprise.
