生物质灰渣改质对钢渣中磷富集行为的影响

摘要 随着天然磷矿石资源的日益枯竭,转炉钢渣中的磷已被视为重要的替代资源之一,其回收利用越来越受到重视。利用生物质灰渣中氧化钾含量高的特点,研究了其改质钢渣对含磷固溶体生成及磷元素富集行为的影响,并通过水化实验分析了改质前后磷的浸出情况。结果表明:添加生物质灰渣可促进钢渣中2CaO·SiO2‑3CaO·P2O5固溶体体积增大及磷的富集,并最终生成新的2CaO·SiO2‑2K2O·CaO·P2O5固溶体;相比于草莓和番茄灰渣,大豆灰渣改质后含磷固溶体生成量较高,磷的浸出效果最好。 With the increasing depletion of natural phosphorus ore resources,phosphorus in converter slag has been regarded as one of the important alternative resources,and its recycling and utilization are receiving increasing attention.Based on the high content of potassium oxide in biomass ash,the influence of its modified steel slag on the formation of phosphorus containing solid solution and the enrichment of phosphorus element was studied,and the phosphorus leaching before and after the modification was analyzed through hydration experiments.The results show that the addition of biomass ash can promote the increase of the volume of 2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5 solid solution and the enrichment of phosphorus in the steel slag,and finally generate a new 2CaO·SiO2-2K2O·CaO·P2O5 solid solution;Compared with strawberry and tomato ash,the yield of phosphorus containing solid solution from soybean ash is higher,and the phosphorus leaching effect is the best.
