摘要
为解决船用控制设备国产替代问题,改善船用齿轮箱电动润滑油泵的控制性能,以国产的兆易创新GD32F407微控制器芯片为主控芯片开发专用控制器,通过实时测量齿轮箱的轴系运行转速和润滑油进口压力,根据齿轮箱在各工况下的特性设定油泵压力控制曲线,由此控制齿轮箱电动滑油泵的启动和停止。采取这种控制方式使润滑油供给满足齿轮箱对润滑油的需求,并取得良好的润滑效果,在保证相关设备安全可靠运行的同时,达到节能降噪和延长设备的使用寿命的目的。
A special lubricating oil pump controller for an electric marine gearbox is developed to improve the control efficiency.The microcontroller GD32F407 produced by GigaDevice is used in the design.The controller measures the shafting speed of the gearbox and the inlet pressure of the lubricating oil in real-time and starts/stops the lubricating oil pump of gearbox according to the control curve for particular working condition which the gearbox is in.This controller optimizes operation of the gearbox in terms of efficiency,reliability,noise and service life.
