Disposal Decision Model of Long Idling Container for Container Leasing Enterprises

为提升集装箱租赁企业的长期闲置箱管理水平和调度效率,降低其经营成本,利用数据化工具搭建一套长期闲置箱处置模型,自动或手动进行库存扫描,给出长期闲置箱处置方案,包括在当地继续待租、在当地继续待售、在当地租转售和调运。对于需进行租售转换的长期闲置箱,通过快速计算其租赁净现值和售卖净现值并进行对比分析,给出租售转换方面的处置建议。实际应用结果表明,该模型能对长期闲置箱给出合理的处理建议,并减少人工计算量。

Improving the efficiency of container management and dispatching is crucial for container leasing enterprises to reduce operating costs.This paper uses data-based tools to build a set of disposal decision model for long idling container.Through automatically or manually inventory scanning,the model gives disposal suggestions for long idling containers,including local lease,local sell,transfer to sell and repositioning.The model also gives particular reasons why certain containers should be sold through quickly calculating the net present value of the containers for lease and for sale respectively and then making comparison.
