一种市政综合养护作业工单分派方法

A Model of Work Order Assignment for Comprehensive Maintenance of Public Facilities

为加强对市政综合养护模式下各专业养护业务的统筹管理,避免出现同一区域的养护资源重复投入、管理界面交叉和派单流程不能基于运营成本动态协调等问题,提出一种市政综合养护模式下的作业工单分派方法。与现有的按区域或包件派发作业工单的方法相比,该方法设置待处理工单池,根据剩余待处理时间将工单分为紧急工单和非紧急工单,其中:紧急工单优先派发给距离最近的作业班组;非紧急工单先按距离相近的原则分类,再派发给距离相近且有接单能力的作业班组。通过对工单进行优先级排序和就近分组派发,在确保满足紧急工单处置实时性要求的情况下,能提升养护业务实施效率,降低区域性综合养护运营企业的经营成本。

A new work order assigning method is proposed for coordinating comprehensive maintenance of public facilities to avoid duplicated resource assignment or maintenance gap.The method coordinates work order assigning process based on principle of economy.The new method sets up a work order pool and divides the work orders according to the urgency.The pressing ones will be sent to the nearest work team as early as possible.The remainings are grouped and assigned to suitable work team according to the distribution of work sites.In this way,the method improves the efficiency of work order handling and reduces maintenance costs.
