摘要
人力资源管理工作是对人才实施有效管理的重要方式,而在管理工作中绩效考核则是其重要内容。本文分析了现有的绩效考核体系在公立医院人力资源管理中的主要问题,采用关键绩效指标法设计科学的考核指标,采用层次分析法计算各指标权重,采用360°绩效考核法处理定性考核标准,进一步完善和优化了公立医院绩效考核体系。
Human resource management is an important way to effectively manage talents,and performance appraisal is an important part of management.This paper analyzes the main problems of the existing performance appraisal system in the human resources management of public hospitals,and the key performance indicator was used to design scientific appraisal indicators;the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate weight of each index;the performance intercross valuation was used to deal with the qualitative appraisal standards,and the performance appraisal system of public hospitals was further improved and optimized.
