社会医疗保障制度是我国多层次社会保障体系的重要组成部分,是减轻人民群众就医负担、增进民生福祉的重大民生工程。扩大社会保险覆盖面,促进多层次医疗保障有序衔接离不开医疗保险专业人才的参与和建设。本文通过剖析医疗保险专业的建设背景,指出医疗保险人才供给不足、社会需求高涨、专业岗位难以替代。对医疗保险专业建设可行性展开深入分析,提出医疗保险专业人才培养的目标与要求。同时指出了医疗保险专业建设规划和具体实现路径,为医疗保险专业发展提供了经验参考。

The social medical insurance system is an important component of China's multi-level social security system,which is a major livelihood project aimed at reducing the people's medical burden and promoting their well-being.The expansion of social insurance coverage and the promotion of the orderly connection of multi-level medical security cannot be accomplished without the participation and development of professional medical insurance talents.This article first analyzes the background of the construction of medical insurance professionals,pointing out that the supply of medical insurance talents is insufficient,the social demand is soaring,and the professional positions are difficult to replace.Then,a deep analysis is carried out on the feasibility of the construction of medical insurance professionals,and the goals and requirements of cultivating medical insurance professional talents are proposed.Finally,the article points out the planning and specific implementation path of the construction of medical insurance professionals,providing experience reference for the development of medical insurance professionals.
