摘要
充足的睡眠与大学生日常的学习生活关系密切,出现睡眠拖延行为会大幅缩减睡眠时长并降低睡眠质量,引发嗜睡、注意力涣散、意志消沉等问题。信息化时代的到来让大学生群体中存在的睡眠拖延行为表现出了新的特点。本文从人格与自控力、自我控制资源、睡眠节律等方面解析了拖延行为的诱发因素,并从认知、行为等角度提出一系列干预措施,为深入探索当下大学生的睡眠拖延行为提供参考,为构建积极向上的校园文化氛围提供助力。
Adequate sleep is closely related to the daily study and life of college students.The occurrence of sleep delay behavior can greatly reduce the length of sleep and reduce the quality of sleep,leading to sleepiness,inattention,depression and other problems.With the advent of information era,the sleep delay behavior of college students has shown new characteristics.By analyzing the inducing factors of procrastination behavior from the aspects of personality and self-control,self-control resources and sleep rhythm etc.,this study proposes a series of intervention measures from the perspectives of cognition and behavior.The current study can provide a reference for in-depth exploration of undergraduates' sleep delay behavior under information era,and provide help for building a positive campus culture.
