高校思想政治教育体系在学生的理想信念价值观念和责任担当的培养中扮演着越来越重要的角色,中国铁路文化中红色基因与生俱来、历久弥新,在苦难和辉煌中代代相传,已经成为我校思想政治教育体系构建中的宝贵财富。本文旨在挖掘铁路文化中红色基因并将其运用到高校思政体系的构建中,针对性地提升高校思想政治课的教学成果,以精神的力量、榜样的力量引导人、凝聚人。

The ideological and political education system in colleges and universities plays an increasingly important role in the cultivation of students'ideals,beliefs,values,and responsibilities.The red gene in Chinese railway culture is innate and has been passed down from generation to generation in suffering and brilliance,which has become the precious wealth in the construction of the ideological and political education system in our university.This paper aims to excavate the red gene in railway culture and apply it to the construction of ideological and political system in colleges and universities,improve the teaching results of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,guide and unite people with the power of spirit and example.
