红色铁路文化的历史源远流长,包含着较大的育人价值,将该文化渗透在高校思想政治教育中,不仅是思想政治教育对大学生价值引领的合理方式,也是健全教育内容、对教育形式有效创新的需要。鉴于此,为增强红色铁路文化的实际运用效果,本文主要分析其文化对提高高校思想政治教育亲和力的必要性,对红色铁路文化在教育中的运用现状进行探究,最后提出理念渗透,持续推进;丰富内涵,联系实际;强化宣传,注重实效等策略。

The red railway culture has a long history and contains significant educational value.Integrating this culture into ideological and political education in universities is not only a reasonable way for ideological and political education to guide the value of college students,hut also a need to improve educational content and effectively innovate educational forms.In view of this,in order to enhance the practical application effect of the red railway culture,this article mainly analyzes the necessity of its culture in improving the affinity of ideological and political education in universities,explores the current situation of the application of red railway culture in education,and finally proposes the concept of infiltration and continuous promotion;Enrich connotation and connect with reality;Strengthen publicity,focus on practical results,and other strategies.
