摘要
论文在分析中小学数字素养概念与内涵基础上,从欧盟数字素养框架和行动计划、《数字素养的学习框架》《人工智能战略行动计划》等层面探寻荷兰中小学数字素养教育主要做法。调查发现,荷兰中小学数字素养教育呈现出合理分布不同年级、教师专业化支持、个性化课程定制等特色。对我国开展中小学数字素养教育的启示包括:政府层面加强数字素养研究,制定本土化中小学数字素养的学习框架;构建全面的数字素养课程体系,突出课程育人、个性化课程;重视师资队伍培养,强化专业教师的职前、职后培训;加强新型数字基础设施建设,为中小学数字素养培育提供支持等细节。
On the basis of analyzing the concept and connotation of digital literacy in primary and secondary schools,this paper explores the main practices of digital literacy education in primary and secondary schools in the Netherlands from the aspects of the EU digital literacy framework and action plan,Learning Framework for Digital Literacy,and Strategic Action Plan for Artificial Intelligence.The survey found that the digital literacy education in Dutch primary and secondary schools presents characteristics such as reasonable distribution of different grades,professional support for teachers,personalized curriculum customization and so on.The enlightenment for digital literacy education in primary and secondary schools in China includes:strengthen the research on digital literacy and formulate a learning framework for localized digital literacy in primary and secondary schools at the government level;build a comprehensive digital literacy curriculum system,highlighting curriculum education and personalized courses;attach importance to the training of teachers,and strengthen the pre-service and post-service training of professional teachers;strengthen the construction of new digital infrastructure,provide support for the cultivation of digital literacy in primary and secondary schools.
