摘要 针对困扰化纤行业多年的质量检测难题,提出一种基于工业互联网“端—边—云”协同计算架构的化纤工业智能体解决方案。首先,阐述化纤工业智能体的五个功能模块,并介绍“端—边—云”协同在各功能模块信息交互中的应用。然后,从近期和远期两个阶段对化纤工业智能体解决方案的业务价值进行分析,介绍新一代数字化中控室与智能分析技术在产品质量检测过程中的应用模式。最后,探讨垂直行业工业互联网应用范式及与之配套的两化融合生态系统合作模式,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。 Aiming at the problem for the quality inspection issues plagued in the chemical fiber industry for many years,this paper proposed the intelligent agents solution based on the"Device-Edge-Cloud"collaborative computing architecture of the Industrial Internet.Firstly,this paper described five functional modules of the intelligent agents in the chemical fiber industry,and introduced the application methods of the"Device-Edge-Cloud"collaborative computing architecture in the information exchange of each functional module.Next,this paper presented an analysis of the intelligent agents solution in the chemical fiber industry from the two stages of the near term and the long term,and introduced the application process of the new generation of digital control rooms and intelligent analysis technology in the product quality inspection process.Finally,this paper discussed the vertical industry Industrial Internet application paradigm and the"informatization and industrialization fusion"ecosystem collaboration model,and explored the future research directions.
