当前中国大部分女性仍然需要扮演“贤妻良母”的角色,承担“相夫教子”的任务,她们要花费大量的时间和精力用于家庭建设和各种家庭关系维护,她们不仅是生育者和照料者,还要承担教育者、养家者和管理者的新职能。同时,新时代女性还要承担大量的社会责任,在传承家庭价值观念和行为规范中都起到重要的引领作用,只有充分发挥女性在家风建设中的独特作用,才能推进家庭家教家风建设,促进优良社会风气形成。
