扶贫攻坚与乡村振兴是中国人民实现共同富裕的强大力量支撑,也是实现社会主义现代化的重要保证。乡村振兴在扶贫攻坚的演进中孕育形成,体现在对马克思主义贫困治理理论的形成、探索与继承中,彰显“四性”,是对现代化方向的科学研判;以共同富裕为逻辑主线贯穿于整个扶贫战略演变中,统一于乡村全面振兴的历史整体布局中;围绕乡村振兴总要求的目标和举措开展实践。为实现第二个百年目标,研究扶贫攻坚与乡村振兴的三重逻辑具有新的时代意义。

Poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is a powerful force supporting the Chinese people to achieve common prosperity and an important guarantee to realize socialist modernization.Rural revitalization is nurtured in the evolution of poverty alleviation and is embodied in the formation,exploration and inheritance of the Marxist theory of poverty governance,manifesting the"five natures"(dialectical scientific,historical revolutionary,practicality of the times,affinity to the people,developmental),and is a scientific judgment of the direction of modernization;taking common prosperity as the logical thread running through the entire evolution of poverty alleviation strategies and unified in the overall historical layout of comprehensive rural revitalization;practice around the goals and initiatives of the general requirements of rural revitalization.In order to achieve the second century goal,it is of new significance to study the triple logic of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
