数字技术与中小制造企业绩效:信息共享的中介作用

Digital Technology and the Performance of Small and Medium-Sized Manufacturing Enterprises:The Intermediary Effect of Information Sharing

数字技术赋能已成为我国中小制造企业高质量发展的重要选项,从数字技术赋能视角,构建了“数字技术-信息共享-绩效提升”的理论模型,基于210家中小制造企业的数字化调查问卷,采用回归分析方法验证研究假设。结果表明:数字技术对中小制造企业绩效提升有显著正向影响,信息共享在数字技术与中小制造企业绩效之间起积极中介作用,并且数字技术与中小制造企业绩效关系还受到数字化政策感知的正向调节作用。结论丰富了数据作为生产要素方面的研究,也可为中小企业成长提供理论参考。

Digital technology empowerment becomes an important option for the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry,but there is still a lack of effective explanation on the channel mechanism of how small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises use digital technology to improve their performance level.From the perspective of digital technology empowerment,this paper constructs a theoretical model of“digital technology-information sharing-performance Improvement”.On this basis,based on the digital questionnaire of 210 small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,the research hypothesis is verified by regression analysis.The results show that the application of digital technology not only has a significant positive impact on the performance improvement of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,but also promotes the performance improvement of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises through information sharing.Furthermore,the relationship between digital technology and the performance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is also regulated by digital policy perception.This conclusion is helpful to enrich the literature research of data as a factor of production in the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises,and can also provide theoretical reference for the performance practice of small and medium-sized enterprises.
