摘要
科学的评教指标能真实反映教师的教学能力。其评教结果有利于教师进行有针对性的教学改革,从而促进教师教学水平的提升,最终使学生综合素质得到提升。课题以学生为中心制定新的教学评价指标开展评教工作,并将同一学期相同教师的新旧评教指标下的评教结果进行分析比对。首先,对比分析新旧评教指标下的评教结果,证实不同评教指标下的评教结果具有较大差异。其次,把新旧评教指标下的评教结果分别与上一学期评教结果进行对比,证实新评教指标的客观性,为评教指标的制定及评教结果的分析提供参考。
The scientific teaching evaluation index can truly reflect the teaching skills and qualities of teachers.The results are helpful for teachers to carry out the teaching reform,promote the improvement of teachers'teaching levels,and ultimately improve the comprehensive quality of students.This subject studied the new student-centered teaching evaluation index,carried out teaching evaluation work,and compared the teaching evaluation results of the same teacher between the old and new ones in the identical semester.Firstly,a comparative analysis of the old and new evaluation results confirms that there are significant differences under different evaluation indicators.Secondly,the evaluation results of the old and new indexes are compared with the previous semester respectively,which confirm the objectivity of the new evaluation indexes,and provide a reference for the development of the evaluation indexes and the analysis of the evaluation.
