依托专业社团提升民办高校学生应用能力的路径研究

适应经济社会发展趋势,培养与发展相适配的应用型人才是民办高等教育走向内涵建设、特色建设的重心工作。该文以辽宁省民办高校专业社团建设为契机,通过对在校生数、在校生结构、指导教师人数、专业分布等信息进行调查统计分析,从社团管理机制、活动形式、成果输出等多方面对依托专业社团提升辽宁民办高校学生应用能力路径进行分析,构建从战略定位到管理实施的有效方法。

Adapting to the trend of economic and social development and cultivating application-oriented talents suitable for development is the focus of private higher education towards connotation construction and characteristic construction.Taking the opportunity of the construction of professional associations in private colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,this paper makes an investigation and statistical analysis on the number of students,the structure of students,the number of instructors,professional distribution and other information.The paper analyzes the path of improving the application ability of students in private colleges and universities in Liaoning Province by relying on professional associations from the aspects of community management mechanism,activity form and output of achievements,and constructs an effective method from strategic positioning to management implementation.
