国内协同培养视角下专本贯通人才发展趋势分析——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

国内专本贯通项目开办已有近十年历史,江苏省和山东省走在全国前列。在中国知网搜索应用型人才协同培养、专本贯通人才培养的相关文章,利用可视化分析软件及定性分析手段发现,目前协同概念在人才培养中的应用研究较多,是研究热点,普通本科应用型人才是研究关注的主要领域。专本贯通人才属于应用型人才的重要组成部分,人才培养模式创新研究中协同概念的应用较少,二者的融合明显不足。专本贯通人才的特征、人才培养模式引入协同概念的重要性都反映了基于协同理论的专本贯通人才的重点研究趋势,学者们已经探索出的协同概念应用于人才培养的实施路径也给协同视角下专本贯通人才的发展指明了方向。

It has been nearly a decade since the program was launched,Jiangsu province and Shandong province have taken the lead in China.By searching related articles on CNKI about collaborative training of applied talents and the integrated cultivation mode of higher vocation and undergraduate education for talents,visual analysis software and qualitative analysis methods are used to find that there are many researches on the application of collaborative concept in talent training and it is a research hotspot.The research mainly focused on the applied talents of general undergraduate.Although the integrated cultivation mode of higher vocational and undergraduate education for talents are an important part of applied talents,but the concept of collaboration is seldom applied in the innovation research of talent training mode,and the integration of the two is obviously insufficient.The characteristics of the integrated cultivation mode of higher vocational and undergraduate education for talents and the importance of introducing collaborative concept into talent training mode all reflect the key research trend of the integrated cultivation mode of higher vocational and undergraduate education for talents based on collaborative theory.The implementation path of applying collaborative concept to talent training that scholars have explored also points out the direction for the development of the integrated cultivation mode of higher vocational and undergraduate education for talents under the perspective of collaboration.
