气相法二氧化硅在高透明鞋底橡胶中的应用

摘要 以顺丁橡胶和溶聚丁苯橡胶为基材、气相法二氧化硅为补强剂,添加偶联剂、硫化剂制得高透明鞋底橡胶,研究了偶联剂种类、气相法二氧化硅对橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:制备高透明鞋底橡胶的较佳条件为偶联剂选择不同分子量乙烯基改性硅烷的混合物BH-8172,补强剂选择20份气相法二氧化硅HL-200,此时橡胶的透光率为80.7%,拉伸强度为11.0 MPa,拉断伸长率为433%,邵尔A硬度为68度,相对磨耗体积为98 mm 3。 A highly transparent sole rubber was prepared by cis-butadiene rubber and dissolved polystyrene-butadiene rubber as the materials,fumed silica as the reinforcing agent,coupling agent and vulcanizing agent.The effects of coupling agent types and fumed silica on the rubber properties were studied.The results show that the optimal conditions for the preparation of highly transparent sole rubber are to choose a mixture of BH-8172 with different molecular weights of vinyl modified silane as the coupling agent,and 20 phr of gas-phase silica HL-200 as the reinforcing agent,whose light transmittance is 80.7%,the tensile strength is 11.0MPa,the elongation at break is 433%,the hardness of Shore is 68A,and the relative wear volume is 98mm 3.
