摘要
通过自制防锈颜料来提高配方耐盐雾性能,优选乳液、填料和防锈颜料的添加量,制备了一款环境友好型单组分水性丙烯酸防腐涂料,其不含重金属,耐盐雾性能达到192 h以上。
The salt spray resistance of the formula was improved with self-made antirust pigment.The dosages of emulsion,filler and antirust pigment were optimized.A kind of environmentally friendly one-component waterborne acrylic coatings without heavy metal was prepared.Its salt spray resistance was over 192 h.
