滇西北所产松萝的抗氧化活性研究

Antioxidant activity study of usnea from Northwest Yunnan

摘要 本试验自滇西北高海拔地区的云岭自然保护区(YL)和绿孔雀自然保护区(LKQ)采集自然生长的松萝样品,对其开展抗氧化活性测试,并对两地区松萝样品的抗氧化活性进行比较。将松萝样品粉碎,依次用乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、95%乙醇和超纯水提取其有效成分,以Vit C为阳性对照,使用DPPH法、ABTS法和FRAP法评估其体外抗氧化活性。结果显示:两个区域松萝的四种溶剂粗提物均有一定抗氧化活性,且不同溶剂所提粗提物的抗氧化活性存在明显差异,其中YL松萝乙酸乙酯提取物(IC_(50)=17.83 mg/L,清除能力为Vit C的0.4258倍)及LKQ松萝超纯水提取物(IC_(50)=14.02 mg/L,清除能力为Vit C的0.5598倍)抗氧化活性最强,具有开发天然抗氧化剂的应用前景;FRAP总还原能力最强的为YL松萝超纯水提取物,在浓度为1 mg/mL时FRAP值达到2.0898。生长于滇西北高山森林的松萝具有较好的抗氧化活性,不同地区以及不同溶剂所提粗提物的抗氧化活性存在明显差异。 Naturally growing Usnea from Yunling Nature Reserve(YL)and Pavo muticus Nature Reserve(LKQ)in the high altitude area of Northwest Yunnan was collected and the antioxidant activity was tested and compared.The active components of Usnea powder were extracted with ethyl acetate,N-butanol,95%ethanol and ultrapure water successively.Vit C was used as the positive control.In vitro activity was evaluated by DPPH method,ABTS method and FRAP method.Results showed that:The extracts by the four solvents in the two regions all had certain antioxidant activity and the ethyl acetate extract of YL Usnea(IC_(50)=17.83 mg/L,scavenging capacity was 0.4258 times of Vit C)and LKQ pineapple ultrapure water extract(IC_(50)=14.02 mg/L,scavenging capacity was 0.5598 times of Vit C)have the strongest antioxidant activity.The highest total reduction capacity of FRAP was YL pineapple ultrapure water extract,and the FRAP value reached 2.0898 at the concentration of 1 mg/mL.All these implied that Usnea from Northwest Yunnan had the ability to develop natural antioxidants.
