Evolution of Network Social Governance from the Perspective of Intelligent Online Field Space

智能化与网络化的演进、融合与迭代催生智能在线场域空间,再造并重塑网络社会治理范式。本文通过理论分析,探究大数据、云计算和算法等技术对在线场域网络社会产生的深层次影响,从智能化与在线场域空间融合、助推网络社会变革以及智能在线场域空间网络社会面临的新问题等方面展开系统诠释。研究认为,智能技术推动网络空间不断演化发展,敏捷匹配的自学习场域规则赋予在线场域空间强大的智能,在线要素行为模式和关系范式发生根本性变化,表现为在相互感知与偏好理解中可精准交互,给智能技术条件下的网络社会治理带来深层次的变革。同时,智能在线场域空间网络社会将在数据安全演化、信息茧缚演变以及技术伦理演进等方面带来严峻挑战。

The evolution,integration and iteration of intelligence and networking have led to the emergence of intelligent online field space,reconstructing and reshaping the paradigm of network social governance.According to the research,intelligent technology promotes continuous evolution and development of cyberspace,and the self-learning field rules of agile matching endow the online field space with powerful intelligence.The behavior patterns and relationship paradigms of online elements have fundamental changed,which are reflected in the precise interaction in mutual perception and preference understanding,bringing profound changes to the governance of the network society under the conditions of intelligent technology.At the same time,the intelligent online field space network society will bring major challenges in the evolution of data security,the evolution of information cocoon and the evolution of technology ethics.
