改良L型肢体支撑架在腔镜乳腺癌手术“望月式”体位中的应用

Application of modified"L"type Limb support in the"looking at the moon"position of endoscopic breast cancer surgery

目的探讨改良L型肢体支撑架在腔镜乳腺癌手术“望月式”体位中的应用效果。方法将76例腔镜乳腺癌手术患者按照手术时间分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组采用传统“望月式”体位,观察组采用改良L型肢体支撑架的“望月式”体位。结果两组患者手术时间、体位摆放耗时、术后舒适度比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论改良L型肢体支撑架可提高手术体位摆放效率,提高患者手术的安全性与舒适性,降低手术体位相关并发症。

Objective To investigate the application effect of the improved"L"type Limb support frame in the"Looking at the moon"position during endoscopic breast cancer surgery.Methods According to the admission successively,76 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 patients in each group.The traditional"Looking at the moon"position was adopted by the control group and the"Looking at the moon"position was adopted by the observation group with the modified"L"shape Limb support frame.Results There were statistically significant differences in operation time,position indexes and postoperative comfort level between the two groups of patients(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The improved"L"type Limb support frame can improve the efficiency of surgical posture,improve the safety and comfort of patients,and reduce the complications related to surgical posture.
