摘要
农民数字素养与技能水平不高是制约农村数字经济发展的重要因素。职业教育赋能农民数字素养与技能提升,是职业教育数字化转型升级的内在要求和数字乡村发展的切实需要。可以加强数字素养与技能教育课程与资源开发、强化数字乡村发展服务实践与绩效评价、构建跨界合作的多元协同培育体系、加大经费投入推出各级各类重大专项活动,在实践中还需充分考量对农民的数字包容,增强职业教育数字适应性,以形成农民数字素养与技能提升的职教路径与长效机制。
The low level of digital literacy and skills among farmers is an important factor restricting the development of rural digital economy.Vocational education empowers farmers to improve their digital literacy and skills,which is the internal requirement of vocational education Digital transformation and upgrading and the practical need of digital rural development.We can strengthen the development of digital literacy and skills education courses and resources,strengthen the practice and performance evaluation of digital rural development services,build a diversified collaborative cultivation system for cross⁃border cooperation,increase funding investment,and launch various major special research and activities at all levels.In practice,we also need to fully consider the digital tolerance of farmers and enhance the digital adaptability of vocational education,To form a vocational education path and long⁃term mechanism for improving farmers'digital literacy and skills.
