基于不同的视角,现代学徒制会呈现出不同的人才培养模式。不仅要求校企“双元”承担起现代学徒制人才培养的主体责任,而且要求企业必须选派优秀技能导师和职业导师,高职院校选派优秀专业教师和思政教师,并在“四驱”合力共促下,不断提高现代学徒制人才培养质量。

Based on different perspectives,modern apprenticeship systems will present different modes of talent cultivation.Not only are schools and enterprises required to take on the main responsibility of cultivating modern apprenticeship talents through the"dual system",but also enterprises must select excellent skill mentors and vocational mentors,vocational colleges must select excellent professional teachers and ideological and political teachers,and continuously improve the quality of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation through the joint efforts of the"four wheel drive".
