高职教师信息化教学能力提升研究:维度、困境与策略 被引量:4

摘要 信息化是未来教育的必然趋势,是我国职业教育进位赶超、变道超车的重要契机。教师作为教育发展的支撑性力量,是教育数字化理念创新与教育模式深刻变革的核心与关键。职业院校教师信息化教学能力主要由技术素养、教学实践能力、职业指导能力、研究与发展能力四个要素构成。当前,在多种激励政策和培训工程层出不穷的背景之下,高职教师信息化教学能力发展中还存在着种种困境,如技术使用意愿低、技术环境支持度低、培训与实践割裂等。为适应信息时代的发展要求,高职院校可从以下方面着手突破现实瓶颈:增强技术支持,提供专业维护;增强技术认同,推进观念转变;关注教师利益,搭建成长平台;完善教学资源库,提升建设质量;完善培训方式,确保培训质效。 Informatization is an inevitable trend of future education and it is an important opportunity for our country's professional education to catch up with and surpass others.As the supporting force of education development,teachers are the core and key to the innovation of educational digitalization concept and the profound reform of educational model.The informatization teaching ability of vocational college teachers mainly consists of four elements:technical literacy,teaching implementation ability,vocational guidance ability,research and development ability.At present,under the background of various incentive policies and training projects emerging in an endless stream,there are still various difficulties in the development of vocational teachers'information⁃based teaching ability,such as low willingness to use technology,low support degree of technical environment,separation of training and practice and so on.In order to adapt to the development requirements of the information age,higher vocational colleges can break through the bottleneck from the following aspects:enhancing technical support and providing professional maintenance;enhancing technology identity and promoting concept change;paying attention to teachers'interests and building a platform for growth;improving the teaching resource base and the construction quality;improving the training methods to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training.
