Advances on psychological distress and influencing factors in diabetes

糖尿病作为慢性终身性疾病,长期的疾病管理易使患者生理和心理负担加重,而产生心理痛苦,影响患者的病情和生活质量。从糖尿病心理痛苦现状、心理痛苦评估工具及影响因素进行综述,并提出自己的思考,为识别、预防糖尿病心理痛苦并对其实施针对性干预提供参考,并为以后的相关研究指明方向。

As a chronic lifelong disease,the long-term disease management of diabetes predisposes patients to increase physical and psychological burdens,resulting in negative psychological distress,which affects patients disease progression and quality of life.This article reviews the current status of psychological distress in diabetes,psychological distress assessment tools and influencing factors,and presents its own reflections to provide a reference for identifying,preventing and implementing targeted interventions for psychological distress in diabetes,and to point out the way for future related research.
