Analysis of antimicrobial susceptibility and serotype distribution of Salmonella in meat and meat products in Inner Mongolia during 2016-2020

摘要 目的了解内蒙古自治区肉与肉制品中沙门菌分离株的血清型分布和耐药情况。方法采用GB 4789.4-2016方法和微量肉汤稀释法对95株沙门菌进行血清学分型和9类15种常见抗菌药物的敏感性试验。结果2016-2020年内蒙古自治区共分离95株食源性沙门菌,分属8个群、16个血清型,以D1群、C3群和B群居多,分别占48.42%(46/95)、18.95%(18/95)和15.79%(15/95)。其中,肠炎沙门菌和肯塔基沙门菌是优势血清型别,分别占48.42%(46/95)和17.89%(17/95)。沙门菌药物敏感性结果显示对萘啶酸和氨苄西林的耐药率最高,分别为84.21%(80/95)和77.89%(74/95),多重耐药菌株(≥3类)占77.89%(74/95)。结论内蒙古自治区肉及肉制品中沙门菌的耐药情况严重,多重耐药情况普遍存在,且耐药谱复杂,血清型以肠炎和肯塔基沙门菌为主,血清型呈现多样化的特点。 This study was aimed at investigating the serotype distribution and antimicrobial susceptibility of Salmonella isolated from meat and meat products in Inner Mongolia.A total of 95 strains were serotyped according to GB 4789.4-2016.Sensitivity testing of 15 antibiotics was performed with a micro-broth dilution method.A total of 95 strains of food-borne Salmonella were isolated,belonging to 16 serotypes.Group D1,Group C3 and Group B dominated,accounting for 48.42%(46/95),18.95%(18/95)and 15.79%(15/95),respectively.Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella kentucky were the predominant serotypes,accounting for 48.42%(46/95)and 17.89%(17/95),respectively.The tested strains had the highest rate of resistance to nalidixic acid and ampicillin,at 84.21%(80/95)and 77.89%(74/95),respectively,and the multi-drug resistance rate was 77.89%(74/95).The antimicrobial susceptibility of Salmonella is severe in meat and meat products in Inner Mongolia.Multi-drug resistance is common,and the drug resistance spectrum is complex.
