中草药在猪腹泻病防治中临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Chinese Herbal Medicine in Prevention and Treatment of Porcine Diarrhea

目的:研究猪腹泻病防治过程中引进中草药的价值。方法:对近1年某养殖场出现腹泻病的猪100头纳入研究范围,这些猪均达到兽医领域内猪腹泻疾病的判断标准,均匀分配为实施中草药诊治的特殊治疗组以及实施西药诊治的一般治疗组,统计2组患病猪的治疗有效率与症状改善情况。结果:特殊治疗组生猪经过诊治症状属于完全控制有23头、症状属于好转控制有23头、症状属于无效控制有4头,总治疗率是92.0%;一般治疗组生猪经过诊治症状属于完全控制有10头、症状属于好转控制有30头、症状属于无效控制有10头,总治疗率是80.0%,互相比较特殊治疗组生猪的治疗率更高(P<0.05);特殊治疗组生猪诊治后2日、3日、1周腹泻率均值分别为(0.73±0.52)%、(0.41±0.06)%、(0.21±0.08)%,一般治疗组生猪诊治后2日、3日、1周腹泻率均值分别为(0.93±0.22)%、(0.68±0.13)%、(0.50±0.11)%,互相比较特殊治疗组患病猪的腹泻率指数更低(P<0.05);诊治后,特殊治疗组患病猪采食等症状积分均低于一般治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:猪腹泻病防治中应该优先选取中草药的治疗模式,促进生猪有效诊治,改善其腹泻率,减少症状积分,可以推广。

Objective:To study the value of introducing Chinese herbal medicine in the prevention and treatment of porcine diarrhea.Methods:100 pigs with diarrhoeal disease in a farm in the past year were included in the study.These pigs met the criteria for judging diarrhoeal disease in pigs in the field of veterinary medicine.They were evenly divided into the special treatment group with Chinese herbal medicine treatment and the general treatment group with western medicine treatment,and the treatment effectiveness and symptom improvement of the two groups of sick pigs were counted.Results:In the special treatment group,there were 23 pigs whose symptoms were under complete control,23 pigs whose symptoms were under improvement control,and 4 pigs whose symptoms were under ineffective control.The total treatment rate was 92.0%.In the general treatment group,there were 10 pigs whose symptoms were under complete control,30 pigs whose symptoms were under improvement control,and 10 pigs whose symptoms were under ineffective control.The total treatment rate was 80.0%.Compared with each other,the treatment rate of pigs in the special treatment group was higher(P<0.05);In the special treatment group,the average two-day,three-day,a week,diarrhea rate after diagnosis and treatment was(0.73±0.52)%,(0.41±0.06)%,(0.21±0.08)%.In the general treatment group,the average two-day,three-day,a week,diarrhea rate after diagnosis and treatment was(0.93±0.22)%,(0.68±0.13)%,(0.50±0.11)%,Compared with each other,the diarrhea rate index of diseased pigs in the special treatment group was lower(P<0.05);After diagnosis and treatment,the symptom scores of the sick pigs in the special treatment group were lower than those in the general treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the prevention and treatment of porcine diarrhea disease,priority should be given to the treatment mode of Chinese herbal medicine,which can promote the effective diagnosis and treatment of pigs,improve their diarrhea rate and reduce symptom scores,and can be popularized.
