基于多源数据的旅游城市街道活力量化评价及提升策略——以桂林历史城区为例

Quantitative evaluation and promotion strategy of street vitality in tourist cities based on multi-source data:a case study of Guilin historic urban area

基于百度热力图、POI、OSM路网等多源数据,以具有典型山水旅游城市特征的桂林历史城区为例,在城市街道活力量化研究中导入旅游要素,构建旅游城市街道活力评价指标体系,运用ArcGIS空间分析、SPSS相关性分析等方法对街道活力的外在表征和影响因素进行数据量化与相关性分析。结果表明:桂林历史城区的街道活力分布呈现出中部集聚、南强北弱的特点,高活力街道集中在城市主要商业中心周围;交叉口密度、全局可达性、自然型旅游景点密度、旅游酒店密度和功能密度等指标是影响街道活力的主要因素;从交通要素、旅游要素、时空要素三方面针对性地提出了街道活力优化提升策略,可进一步提升桂林历史城区街道空间环境品质,助推桂林世界级旅游城市建设。

Based on Baidu heat map,POI,OSM road network and other multi-source data,the historical urban area of Guilin,a typical tourist city is studied.Tourism elements is introduced in the quantitative research on urban street vitality.Tourist city street vitality evaluation index system is constructed.ArcGIS spatial analysis,SPSS correlation analysis and other methods are used to quantify and analyze the external representation and influencing factors of street vitality.The research results show that the distribution of street vitality in Guilin historical area presents the characteristics of central agglomeration,as strong south and weak north,with high vitality streets around the city's commercial centers.Density of intersections,general accessibility,natural tourist attractions,tourist hotels and functional indicators are the main factors affecting the vitality of the street.Based on the research results,a strategy for optimizing and improving street vitality is proposed from three aspects:time and space elements,traffic elements,and tourism elements.All of them can help improve the quality of the street space environment in Guilin historical urban areas,and promote the construction of a world-wide tourist city.
