摘要
教师发展共同体为教师间的合作与交流提供平台,是促进教师个人发展和群体发展的有效途径。文章立足医学院校大学外语教师发展共同体建设,从个体层面和组织层面入手调研共同体建设的问题在于理论知识缺失、参与动力不足、知识协作表浅、资源供需失衡、制度管理不当和学术引领不足。进而提出了医学院校大学外语教师发展共同体建设优化路径,即在教师个人层面提高合作意识,建立同伴互信关系,完善知识结构,树立终身学习理念;在共同体层面确立民主合作共同愿景,创建长效发展运行模式,开发多级化资源,设计多层次活动。
Teachers'development community provides a platform for cooperation and com-munication among teachers,and is an effective way to promote teachers'personal development and group development.Based on the development of community of foreign language teachers in medical colleges and universities,this paper investigates the problems of community construction from the individual level and the organizational level,such as the lack of theoretical knowledge,insuf-ficient motivation for participation,superficial knowledge collaboration,imbalance between supply and demand of resources,improper system management and insufficient academic guidance.Further-more,it puts forward the optimal way of building the development community of foreign language teachers in medical colleges and universities,that is,improving the sense of cooperation,est-ablishing the mutual trust with peers,perfecting the knowledge structure and establishing the concept of lifelong learning at the individual level of teachers;establishing a common vision of democratic cooperation,creating a long-term development operation model,developing multi-level resources and designing multi-level activities at the community level.
