摘要
教师发展活动的过程及其运作模式是影响教师专业发展质量的关键因素。文章基于教师发展平台数据中心近三年来的培训数据进行分析、归纳、总结,精准把握培训需求,科学设计培训方案和课程,分别从发展特定群体对象、“点餐式”教师发展服务、构建培训体系、多元形式培训等提出教师发展活动对策,以探索精准师资培训的运作模式,实现教师发展的专业化。
The process and operation mode of teacher development activities are the key factors affecting the quality of teachers'professional development.The paper makes statistical analysis on the data of teacher development activities in the past three years,scientifically designs training programs,puts forward countermeasures for teacher development activities from the development of specific group objects,the construction of training systems and customized individual development services,and explores the operation mode of precise teacher training to realize the specialization of teacher development.
